Dino Giuliani – Approved Appraisal Services

Upon graduating from this area of study in 1990, Dino began his career working in the fee appraisal business and later with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.

In 1994, Dino founded Approved Appraisal Services which covers the full spectrum of valuations from residential to commercial and industrial properties. His other experience includes the participation in the establishment of an appraisal review department with a major financial institution and holding a political position since 1997.

Sandro Giuliani, CRA

Sandro began his career as a real estate broker in 1991, and joined our firm in 1998. His experience also includes working with a financial institution and investment market. Sandro’s appraisal experience includes commercial / industrial.
